Located in Milltown, Dublin 6, this was one of the largest new housing developments in Dublin̕s Southside and included 650 residential units, with a mixture of apartments, houses and penthouses. The development was built in the grounds of a convent, church and associated school buildings. The design theme of a series of staged build, brochures used a circular seal motif derived from a window in the converted church, and was carried throughout in various embossed and printed forms. Each phase brochure had a bespoke treatment tailored to the nature of the build i.e. conversion, new build apartments, houses etc.
