Mill Court is a mixed use development of residential and office space in Dublin 8. The sales brochure reflected the contemporary building design with a muted colour palate and geometric themes within the brochure. The cover used a minimal design embellished by embossed lines and foiled logo. Premium uncoated stock delivered an understated but confident look and feel to the large format brochures with separate editions for general information and plans.
