The brief was to add an exclusive treatment to a select group of luxury houses within an existing development. We created a portfolio effect with a bespoke diecut folder embossed upon a tactile off white board with a handmade character. Each House Type had an individual sheet accompanied by a Trace stock with the individual house plans. The package was finished with a wine coloured bow-tied ribbon.
