The challenge for the series of sales was to create a template that would give a continuity to the look of diverse properties and still be dynamic and flexible to replicate economically. A geometric overlay was created for the cover images to echo the perspective angles of the property images and portray an identifiable brand image for Murphy Mulhall. The geometric theme was continued to internal layout and press advertising.
