The Tannery is a mixed use development of residential and office space in Dublin 8. The brochure illustrated the central Dublin location and reflected the appeal of cityliving. The white cover used a minimal design embellished by embossed  circles and simple imagery. Premium uncoated stock delivered an understated but confident look and feel to the landscape brochure integrating general information and plans.
