The project was one of the most prestigious assets to come on the Dublin market in several years. The brief from Knight Frank was to illustrate the value-added opportunities of the site along with the economic and business factors which underpinned it as a profitable investment. The brochure, produced as a hardback book, expressed a quality investment through tactile cover finishes and strong but clear illustration of the facts and text. We designed full page press advertising to compliment the marketing material with an emphasis on simplicity and clarity. The promotion assisted in securing a €67.5m sale.
