The concept for Dun Cairn was, using the attractive and distinctive, stilted lighthouses of Mornington, to emphasise the proximity to the sea. The marine environment of the Boyne Estuary and nearby beachs of Laytown offer a range amenities for a growing family, coupled with a strategic location to Drogheda and Southgate Shopping Centre. The introductory website delivers basic pre-launch information and a registration route for potential buyers. Hoarding signage was also designed to inform and attract interest, feeding traffic to the website.
