The cover image we selected for the cover was an untitled abstract painting by the Irish based Ukranian artist Ludmila Korol. We had purchased the work some years previously and by happenstance it was an ideal image for the report, with a wonderful sense of texture and monochromatic expression. The use of an expatriate Artist's work was in keeping with the Department's specific programme of support for incoming creative talent.
